ifup-post uses ${DEVICE} instead of ${CONFIG} a an argument to ifup-routes.
This will not work, when device configuration is not in "ifcfg-${DEVICE}" file.
This is the case, when tunnels are configured --- their config are in "tnlcfg-${DEVICE}" files.
One may also want to have other device configurations (eg. alternative configs for the same device) in files with other names.

The same bug was fixed some time ago, but is back after last merge from TOTALNEW.
