[root at lodda scsi]# rpm -qf `which vim`
vim-6.1-1
[root at lodda scsi]# rpm -qf `which view`
vim-static-6.1-1

But view is just a synonymus for vim -R so it should really be in the same rpm than vim, especially since otherwise versions can drift apart on a system (most notably in understood options in .vimrc)
