In "Add new entry to ticket" should be possibility to change type of problem. People often do not know what to put there. And in future there could be much more categories.

Second thing - When writing new entry to ticket there is button "Wy¶lij zapytanie" - this not good:
1. should be english
2. add entry, not send query
