when i try build crossmipsel-binutils i received:

        perl-devel jest wymagany przez crossmipsel-binutils-2.11.92.0.12.3-1
Error: package build failed.

but perl-devel is requires only when build (buildrequires).
I suggest change it to "jest wymagany podczas kompilacji"
