is:
("Szukaj w manualach ...", EXEC, "MANUAL_SEARCH(%s)"),

should be:
("Szukaj w manualach ...", EXEC, "MANUAL_SEARCH(%s)")

After changing that you don't get the errors on the console you start X from.
