Péter Höltzl discovered a remote buffer overflow in syslog-ng. Since the PLD package contains no changelog and the latest file in
/usr/share/doc/syslog-ng-1.4.17
is from 2000 (!) I cannot decide if this bug has been closed or not (looking at rpm -qi it might, judging by the date).

Please fix this hole (if still necessary) and include a changelog.
