cvs has apache-mod_bandwitdh.spec:

$ rsync rsync://cvs.pld.org.pl/cvs/SPECS/|grep mod_band

while package name is apache-mod_bandwidth

luckily package name is redefined in the spec itself, and correctly:

%define     mod_name    bandwidth
Name:       apache-mod_%{mod_name}
