You have to decide which KDE do you want...

I see that there is many programs from older KDE. You have to make poldek --upgrade every_program_that_depends_from_KDE
There is no other way (without many magical mysteries).

The simplest way is to make poldek --upgrade-dist
It simply works... Other ways - sorry, you have to make it by yourself.
P.S.: when making --upgrade-dist --ask  - which programs are removed from your system??
