A buffer overflow was found in mtr, which enables an attacker                                           to get access to mtr's raw socket. Fixed RPM packages are                                                 available from our ftp servers. Additionally you should                                                  remove the setuid bit from mtr and add an appropriate entry in /etc/permissions.local.                                                                               


Maybe fixed already??
