I know this is probably the wrong category, but I have a little trouble finding the right one. Please change it if necessary.

According to http://www.ntp.org/ there should be a file called Where-To-Start which new users should read. This file is not included in PLD. Also it is absent in the -doc-html package. If this file does not contain relevant information, then there should be at least an README stating so.
