Main, online documentation has been moved to separate package. However it's still in %{_datadir}/%{name}, because:
1. dx expects it's online documentation to be in %{_datadir}/%{name}; it could be symlinked, but:
2. everything in %{_docdir} is being automatically marked as %doc, but if one installs doc subpackage, he wants documentation whether he has excludedocs or not, so it's inappriopriate to cover the subpackage contents with %doc.
%{_docdir} contains only regular documentation (README*).
Location of online help is the same as in case of vim-rt.
