The sourceforge distro of libgphoto2 contains some kernel hotplugger scripts to change usb device permissions at hotplug. Without these, only root can use usb-connected cameras, which may be thought as security flaw.



The scripts are not in PLD package, so one has to download by hand (e.g. from sourceforge)
