  When producing a pdf (pdflatex) or just dvi->ps with the integral
sign (and probably more "big delimiters"), using the
\usepackage{pslatex} to obtain small output file we DONT SEE the
integral sign in the resulting PDF (and even xdvi complains about
fmex9.pfb missing).

The original (current) tetex contains /fonts/type1/public/tt2001
directory with the fmex fonts. No PLD package supplies any of these.
