  %banner -a is useless because it displays older entries not the ones
that were logged *currently*.

consider package which uses %userremove, now on *second* uninstall it
will display 'removing user xxx' from PREVIOUS package uninstall.

please make %banner *display* *only* current session message,
regardless of -a state being on or off.
