  Make a patch for file /usr/share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf to change
line
parse_first_line  =  f
into
parse_first_line  =  t
It enables passing some parameters (like TCX convertion tables) to *TeX
via the first line of the source file so things like latin-2 sensitive
sort with plmindex are possible.
Generally a Good Thing (TM).
