  Comment: i've constantly stuck in situation when $PROMPT_COMMANDS get
suspended (D state), when hitting ctrl+z and it tries to draw the
prompt. seeing ps axwuf from other terminal i can see as bash and the
$PROMPT_COMMAND processes are suspended. sending SIGCONT to them solves
it. dunno if it's related to this issue ;)
