  After upgrade from 1.0.6-1 to -2 or -3 I cannot see my passwords in
password manager (the button Edit/Preferences/BrowsePasswords is
ignored). Also, passwords aren't supplied when I enter some service
login page (previously remembered), but when I start to enter the
password manually, suddenly the master password dialog appears. After
that, all the passwords are supplied EVEN AFTER MOZILLA RESTART (i.e.
no way to exit the manager logged-in state!). However, still the
password manager window doesn't open.
