this patch adds pdfcrop.pl to tetex-pdftex

The attached patch solves the problem, but I also had to install texconfig,
tetex-csplain, tetex-tex-ruhyphen and tetex-tex-ukrhyph packages to make it
work, because for some reason pdfcrop wanted to rebuild pdftex.fmt (I'm not
sure whether this means that there are missing R: for tetex-pdftex or not).
