And it seems pretty stupid to me - what for rpm in install mode cares if any
newer version is installed? IMHO should not care at all or enforce --upgrade as
enforces --downgrade.
Anyway, maybe poldek should automatically add --downgrade if newer version is
is installed?
At least, as you surely know, you can always use --pmop:
$ poldek -iv foo --pmop=downgrade
--
