just-install means "Install, not upgrade packages" and "Don't install
packages required by selected ones", so I think that poldek, in this
case, should not process suggests at all.

kernel has Suggests: keyutils but somehow poldek isn't able to fullfil this dependency. When doing the same manually it works fine.
