I found the reason. Option extension_dir had "/usr/lib64/php" value in
php.ini file. I found .rpmnew file with valid value, so I can't be sure
that is PLD problem. This is "invalid" bug report, because I can't
reproduce it..

Bug description:
I have x86_64 machine with i686 vserver. After php 5 installation (apache + php as module), php try to load modules from 64 bit directory:
