[Bug 643758] [NEW] pg_dump does not work in phpPgAdmin

Public bug reported:

There is a missing dependency in phpPgAdmin. But even after I had
installed postgresql-clients-8.4.4-4.i686 dump function still did not
work. I'm seeing the following errors in httpd error log:
