ruby-1.9.2.0-4
seems next point missing:
$ ruby -r test/unit/ui/testrunnermediator -e 'print 1'
<internal:lib/rubygems/custom_require>:29:in `require': no such file to load -- test/unit/ui/testrunnermediator (LoadError)

(is ok on ac with ruby 1.8)

seems pld packaging has broken ruby test/unit usability:
$ ruby -r test/unit -e 'print 1'
<internal:lib/rubygems/custom_require>:29:in `require': no such file to load -- minitest/unit (LoadError)

makes subversion ruby test impossible:
