  every pre/post scripts fails while upgrading packages

Bug description:
  While preparing upgrade of rpm packages in vserver every package with
  %pre/%post or %trigger will fail with scriptlet. Even the simplest,
  like "/sbin/ldconfig"

  Example:
  Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
  Repackaging...              
     1:vixie-cron             ########################################### [100%]
  Upgrading...                
  error: %pre(vixie-cron-4.1-21.i686) scriptlet failed, exit status 255
  error:   install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping vixie-cron-4.1-21

  this is vserver with external pkg management.
  Every part of scriptlet done by hand works fine.
