The problem was caused by using iceweasel-branding.tar.bz2 from 3.6.x
series. I have restored version for 4.0 (with small fixes).

Fixed version (release 4.0.1-3) should be already on ftp.

Bug description:
  Neither build-it nor tab-mix-plus save/restore session feature works automatically in iceweasel 4.0.1.
  I can restore old session, save "by-hand", but auto save/restore doesn't work. It has to be someting with our build, because mozilla-firefox-bin works fine.
