i guess it is ok. but i'd be happy to test with new poldek than guess is
it ok or not :)

workarounded can be to specify repos manually:
# poldek -u grub2 --sn th
Loading [pndir]th...
Loading [pndir]th...
16749 packages read
grub2-1.97.2-2.x86_64: equal version installed, skipped
Nothing to do
# cat /etc/poldek/source.conf
[source]
name = local-pld
type = dir
