Fixed in git. Current master builds and works with rpm 5.4, but I didn't
test it too much so there may be some regressions.

I have prepared snapshot from current master: http://carme.pld-

Alternatively you can use attached patch.

Bug description:
  1) configure fails due to rpmlib.h removal in rpm 5.4
  2) even after working around missing rpmlib.h there is a lot of errors in pm/rpm because of poldek using internal rpm types
