Instead of claiming "... eating locks ....", use db53_stat to
examine how many locks are used/needed.

E.g. start with
     cd /var/lib/rpm
     db53_stat -CA

Its more useful to confirm the reaility than to guess at causes and
remark on "weird".

Bug description:
  1) configure fails due to rpmlib.h removal in rpm 5.4
  2) even after working around missing rpmlib.h there is a lot of errors in pm/rpm because of poldek using internal rpm types
