- New vote proposal. I think the previous related one suggesting a ban was ill conceived in that a ban is not technically very feasable and it sets the wrong stage for those left behind. There should be room for the user to actually change gears and participate but only under the strict understanding that using the venue as a place to berate other participants will not be tollerated. I suggest that these rules for moderation and method of mediating any future disputes over moderation will quickly and fairly bring the issue to a close while allowing open participation.

+  time about the unconstructive tone of the user shadzik on
