    new, version svn r106
    
    based on src.rpm from suse factory
    http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Archiving/openSUSE_Factory/src/lz4-1.3.3+svn102-2.3.src.rpm
    
    altho suse uses version based on windows binaries [1], rest of the unix
    world uses 0.0 (ubuntu, debian), or 9999 (gentoo), stick to lowest.
