I  don't think,  that it  is good  idea. This  spec provides
functionality of java 1.3  and probably 1.2 but not
i.e. 1.1.x  (kafee does).  There are java  application which
will never build or run on 1.1.x and on other side you can
still meet apps which require java 1.1.x.

When java 1.4 arrives there can be some incopatibilies
between 1.3 and 1.4 so I think that adding "Provides: java"
is not sufficient and there should be java global version,
i.e. "Provides: java1.3" and "Provides: java1.3sdk".
