I wanted to fix some in dev package (mainly change /dev/lp* permissions
from 660 root.daemon to 660 root.lp), but have some questions:

1) In header there is "BuildArch: noarch", in %install there are some
%ifarch... - it won't work because arch=noarch. Also, there is no
%m64k-specific devices in %files section.

2) What permissions should have CD-ROM devices?
Now some devices have 664 root.root (aztcd, bpcd), some have
640 root.disk (cdu535, sbpcd*), some have 660 root.disk (scd*).
