user should install at least kdebase kdelibs konqueror and qt
kreatecd, kdevelop and koffice should be option (IMVHO :)

thouse packages were never build at all, they work properly and should be
included into distribution
kde-i18n* - contains internationalization for many languages - user should
            choose the proper one

kdegames and kdegraphics are on the same rights as eg. koffice....
