your PLD bug reports and changelogs

Hello,

You are mentioning ChangeLog in nearly every bugreport you send.
It seems you expect it to be in /usr/share/doc/* and include changes to
our packages, like it is in Debian. But this is not Debian.

The thing you are probably looking for can be viewed using:
rpm -q --changelog packet

Eg.: rpm -q --changelog rpm

If this is the case, please do close all unneccessary bugreports.
