cvs commits in html

hi

i've got idea (and implementation) that mails to cvs commit list should be 
sent in html, then the diffs are actually readable in coulour and not wrapped 
to multiple lines.

the mails could be eighter multipart/alternative (bigger mail traffic) or two 
separate lists being created, one for pure text and the other for html mails.

having mail's in multipart/alternative, it allows you choose what you want to 
see html or text.
