Broken indexes on ftp

I was installing via network on monday, and everything was working ok. 
Since then I didn't touched anything in configuration and also in 
installer bootdisks on ftp. So the problem is outside my systems. BTW: 
while I'm running poldek in system, it also doesn't has any problems 
with indexes, but poldek -s /my/mirror/path --mkidxz says "BROKEN" and 
is recreating indexes from scratch.
