There's something heavily broken in trutl_isort_voidp_arr. In new snap
each of pkg_strcmp_name_evr_rev, pkg_cmp_name_evr_arch_rev_srcpri,
pkg_deepcmp_name_evr_rev_verify is called 47 million times total from
this function, while in the old snap their call count is negligible.
