Other changes:
- fixed two dependecy resolving bugs (anyone to backport it to 0.18.x?)
- command arguments are parsed properly, for example
$ rsearch /foo\s+bar/ works well now.
- "lazy" packages loading in "apt" (if run as [ai]poldek) mode
