It is for AC, just not finished[1], therefore sent to test.
[1] Missing: trigger for config file location.

No, it supplies /var/log/boa:
$ rpm -qf /var/log/boa
boa-0.94.14-0.rc20.2

Because there is no point in such Provides. It is a web server, so it
"Provides: webserver".
