One feature request: add a feature to edit existing tickets :)

I'm unable to figure out how to do it. In theory, double-clicking the
bug's title bar (sooo unobvious) adds "&edit=yep" to the URL. In
reality, it changes nothing -- I still can't edit anything.

That's what I was trying to do :(
