been working on some International trademark issues and we were hoping 
to complete this work before issuing you a license--they are connected. 
We have trademark obligations in the PRC along with other issues to 
contend with. We are hoping to adjust our license and distribution model 
such that things will be easier for our community that wants to 
distribute in ways similar to what you have requested. Can you wait a 
little longer?
