Hmm the file itself is empty now (because EXTRAFONTS is undefined, a part of 
Speedo is not built). I have too little knowledge about what this changes, to 
actually decide what to do. I will try to find out what it does on IRC 
tommorow.

Also waiting for the comment on -lock patch. (AFLINTA!)
