No, now it will be broken when having both - 2.4 and 2.6 - kernels. 

Put  /sbin/rmmod -as into module-init-tools and 
[ ! -x /sbin/rmmod ] && /sbin/rmmod.modutils -as into modutils.

This will cover both cases.
