[SPEC] ipw2200.spec

I made ipw2200.spec (based on pbern ipw2100.spec)
It work quite well (not all 802.11 capabilities is done by 2200 
developers) on my notebook.

Please check and add to cvs. I will follow with updates after next 
official releases - I need that ;-)

And I moved away this:
Requires:      ipw2200-firmware >= 2
We can't get firmware without reading of licesne.
