djbdns ipv6 patch update

The IPv6 patch in PLD spec file for djbdns is a little bit outdated (it 
doesn't include IPv6 transport) so I prepared an update. Newest fefe's patch 
(original location: http://www.fefe.de/dns/djbdns-1.05-test21.diff.bz2) along 
with necessary modifications to dnscache-1.05-multiple-ip.patch and 
djbdns.spec is available at http://grobelny.oswiecenia.net/PLD/djbdns/. 
Patch7 was removed because ignoreip functionality was integrated into IPv6 
patch (different way of setting IP addresses to ignore). If correct please 
apply.
