SOURCES: asa.sh - typo

what this supposed to do?
run 'smsagent.pl 2' redirecting stdout to /dev/null and background?

or run 'smsagent.pl' redirecting stderr and stdout to /dev/null and backgroud?

for #2 it should be then
smsagent.pl >/dev/null 2>&1 &

in anycase 2&1 construct is just weird.
