could remove the %config(noreplace) then
but where to place the file so it's readed additionally 
to /usr/lib/rpm/macros ?

need to modify rpmrc to and append to macrofiles list?

or do %include at the end of /usr/lib/rpm/macros and place file itself 
to /usr/lib/rpm/macros.pld ?
