freetype 2.1.7 is broken - 2.1.9 in AC

Hi,

FYI, freetype 2.1.7 is broken and doesn't render some fonts correctly. xpdf 
when rendering by using freetype (not t1lib which is used by default) is one 
of victims of this (kpdf is another one).

The solution is to upgrade to 2.1.9. It doesn't seem to be hard since it looks 
backward compatible on ABI level (yes, there is API change).

Does anyone know any ABI changes in 2.1.8/2.1.9? If there aren't any then we 
could switch to 2.1.9 in AC.
