SPECS: util-linux.spec - R(post, preun): /sbin/chkconfig (blockdev)

AFAIK current rpm treats R() as normal R, so we will have loop:

util-linux R: chkconfig
chkconfig  R: rc-scripts
rc-scripts R: util-linux

Any way to solve this issue ?
