Why?
There are more packages with cronjob separated as -cron (mrtg, utmp-jeber,
webmin, vfmg, drupal).
And upgrade (main -> -base, -cron -> main) is going to be PITA. If someone
doesn't use -cron package currently, he will get cronjob installed on
upgrade.
